Return & Refund Policy
At Catherine de France Haircare, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, haircare and beauty products must meet the conditions below to be eligible for return.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Purchased directly from the Catherine de France Haircare website
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at haircare@catherinedefrance.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used haircare products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased from salons, retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers
- Promotional or free gift items, unless returned together with the original qualifying order
Sale Items and Promotions
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
For promotional bundles or discounted sets, partial returns may affect the original discount. If part of a bundle is returned, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the regular price of the items kept.
For example, if a customer receives a bundle discount for purchasing multiple products and returns only one item, the bundle discount may no longer apply to the remaining items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Catherine de France Haircare is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Products Purchased Outside Our Website
Only products purchased directly from the Catherine de France Haircare website are eligible for return through our online store.
Products purchased from salons, third-party retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers must be returned to the original place of purchase, according to that seller’s return policy.
